Mincon has been advised by Keyridge Asset Management, in a notification received on 04 March 2026, that as of 26 February 2026 it holds an interest in 14,981,326 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each, which amounts to 7.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The percentage shareholding is based on a share in issue figure of 212,472,413 ordinary shares.
