Audit Committee Chairman and Membership Changes
Mandarin Oriental International Limited (the 'Company') announces that, with effect from 2nd March 2023, Richard Solomons, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company in place of Y.K. Pang, who remains as a member of the Audit Committee.
Jinqing Cai, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect from 2nd March 2023.
