Mears Group PLC, through Numis Securities Limited, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares on 1 November 2023, as part of its share buyback programme announced on 3 October 2023, at a volume weighted average price of 255.6683 GBp (highest 258.00 GBp, lowest 254.50 GBp). These purchased shares will be cancelled, bringing the aggregate total purchased for cancellation under the programme to 1,394,703 ordinary shares since 3 October 2023.
