Mears Group PLC announced on 4 February 2025 that it purchased 105,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 penny each through Panmure Liberum Limited on 3 February 2025. The shares were bought at a volume weighted average price of 351.74 GBp, with a highest price of 352.00 GBp and a lowest price of 351.50 GBp. These purchased ordinary shares will be cancelled, bringing the aggregate number of shares bought for cancellation under the programme since 30 January 2025 to 293,000.
