New Multi‑Aggregator Delivery Partnership

17 March 2026

Tortilla Mexican Grill PLC ("Tortilla" or the "Group"), the largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant group in Europe, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new multi‑aggregator delivery arrangement, strengthening the Group's delivery proposition and expanding customer reach across its UK estate.

Key Highlights

·      Tortilla has entered into a new multi-aggregator delivery arrangement, partnering with Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat across its UK estate

·      The arrangement broadens customer reach and improves service availability by operating across multiple delivery channels simultaneously, reducing reliance on any single platform

·      The renewed partnership with Deliveroo builds on an established working relationship, providing access to Deliveroo's customer base, technology and marketing capabilities

·      The Board expects the new delivery arrangements to contribute positively to Group revenue in the current financial year

·      The agreement supports Tortilla's broader strategy of balancing customer convenience, margin discipline and operational control as delivery continues to grow as a complementary channel

As part of this arrangement, Tortilla will once again be partnering with Deliveroo, alongside its existing relationships with Uber Eats and Just Eat, enabling the Group to broaden customer reach, improve service availability and optimise delivery performance across multiple channels.

The arrangement is expected to be rolled out across a significant proportion of the Group's UK company‑owned restaurants, enhancing availability and convenience for customers in key delivery catchments.

The new agreement supports Tortilla's strategy of maintaining a flexible, multi‑platform delivery model, allowing the Group to balance customer choice, operational resilience and commercial discipline, while avoiding reliance on any single delivery partner.  This approach is designed to maximise incremental demand while preserving margin discipline, operational control and the Group's ability to adapt to changing customer behaviours across channels.

The renewed partnership with Deliveroo builds on the Group's established working relationship with the platform and provides access to Deliveroo's customer base, technology and marketing capabilities, supporting continued growth in delivery sales where this channel remains strategically and economically attractive.

The agreement has been entered into on standard commercial terms.  The Board believes that the new delivery arrangements will enhance Tortilla's ability to serve customers conveniently, while maintaining appropriate control over pricing, promotions and operational standards, and is expected to drive incremental delivery sales in the current and future financial years, where the channel remains strategically and economically attractive.

Brandon Stephens, CEO Tortilla Mexican Grill plc, commented:

"Delivery remains an important and complementary channel for Tortilla, and this new multi‑aggregator arrangement reflects our disciplined approach to accessing incremental demand while retaining operational and commercial control. We are pleased to be partnering with Deliveroo again, building on our existing relationship and leveraging their platform alongside Uber Eats and Just Eat. This approach allows us to serve customers more conveniently, while ensuring delivery continues to support the long‑term economics and brand strength of the business."

Rob Harris, Chief Revenue Officer, Deliveroo, commented:

"We are excited to welcome Tortilla back to Deliveroo and we look forward to partnering with Tortilla to achieve their growth ambitions. It's a partnership that's about more than delivery; it's about reaching new customers and building a loyal customer base together through innovative initiatives and offering great value to Deliveroo Plus subscribers."
