The Directors confirm:

·        Unaudited net asset value (NAV)¹ of 29.13p per Ordinary Share as at 31 August 2026, compared to 29.53p per Ordinary Share as at 31 May 2026, after payment of the interim dividend of 0.75p per Ordinary Share on 28 August 2026; and

·       NAV total return² of 85.93p per Ordinary Share as at 31 August 2026, compared to 85.58p per Ordinary Share as at 31 May 2026.

¹The NAV as at 31 August 2026 is unaudited and reflects the closing bid price of quoted securities as at that date. The NAV incorporates the Directors' valuation of unlisted investments as at 31 August 2026.

²NAV total return is the sum of NAV per Ordinary Share and dividends paid per Ordinary Share since launch.
