On 2 September 2021, Mind Gym PLC issued 46,626 new ordinary shares at a price of £0.77 each, following the exercise of options under its US Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 7 September 2021. Following this allotment, the enlarged issued ordinary share capital will be 100,086,816 Ordinary Shares.

The Company has today issued 46,626 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of £0.77 under the Company's US Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 7 September 2021.
Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital will be 100,086,816 Ordinary Shares.
