Mirriad Advertising plc (in administration)
("Mirriad plc" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")
Termination of discussions, administration update and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM
Termination of discussions
On 30 September 2026, the Company announced that it, acting by its joint administrators (the "Joint Administrators"), was in discussions with a third party regarding the terms of a possible investment in the Company. Regrettably, the Company announces that these discussions have now terminated.
Administration update
The Joint Administrators are now in discussions with other parties which previously expressed an interest in acquiring the Company’s intellectual property (the "IP", and any such sale of the IP, the "IP Sale").
It is not yet known what consideration may be achieved for the IP, nor what impact any IP Sale will have on the solvency of the Company. There can be no guarantee that an IP Sale will complete at all and shareholders should be aware that there is a risk that there may be no return to shareholders from the administration.
Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM
Trading in the Company’s ordinary shares on AIM has been suspended since 27 April 2026. Pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, admission of a Company’s securities to trading on AIM may be cancelled where the securities have been suspended for a period of six months. As a result, the admission of the Company’s ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 30 October 2026 (the "Cancellation"),
Following the Cancellation, there will be no market facility for dealing in the Company’s ordinary shares and no price will be publicly quoted for them. Shareholders wishing to receive updates on the administration following the Cancellation should contact the Joint Administrators at [email protected].
