Marks and Spencer Group PLC announced on 07 June 2022 that Andy Halford will step down as Audit Committee Chair, remaining a committee member. Evelyn Bourke, who joined the Board on 1 February 2021 and has been an Audit Committee member, replaces Mr. Halford as Audit Committee Chair with immediate effect. This announcement was made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.

Marks and Spencer Group PLC announces Audit Committee chair succession
Marks and Spencer Group plc today announces that Andy Halford will step down as Audit Committee Chair. Andy, who is the Board's Senior Independent Director, will remain a member of the Audit Committee.
Evelyn Bourke, who has been a member of the Audit Committee since her appointment to the Board on 1 February 2021, replaces Andy Halford as Audit Committee Chair. These changes take place with immediate effect.
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
