ANDREW FISHER TO STAND DOWN FROM THE BOARD
After almost nine years on the Board of Marks and Spencer, Andrew Fisher has informed the Company of his intention to stand down with effect from 2 July 2024. He will therefore not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming AGM. He goes with our enormous thanks and good wishes.
This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of 9.6.11 of the UK Listing Rules.
