Notification and public disclosure of transaction

The Company has been notified that on 11 October 2023, Dr Joseph Bernhard Mark Mobius, one of the Company's portfolio managers at Mobius Capital Partners LLP, sold 467,214 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 129.00 pence per share. He also sold, on 23 October 2023, a further 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 121.13 pence per share.

As a result of the transactions, Dr Mobius holds a total of 13,949,878 Ordinary Shares, representing an aggregate 12.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
