M&G plc announced Board Committee changes effective from 1 April 2026. Clive Adamson was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Paul Evans, Dev Sanyal, Elisabeth Stheeman, and Massimo Tosato were appointed as members of the Nomination and Governance Committee. Following these appointments, the Nomination and Governance Committee now includes all of the Company's Non-Executive Directors.

M&G plc today announces that Clive Adamson has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the following Non-Executive Directors have been appointed as members of the Nomination and Governance Committee:

· Massimo Tosato
Following these appointments, the Nomination and Governance Committee now includes all of the Company's Non‑Executive Directors.
These Committee appointments are with effect from 1 April 2026.
