MetalNRG plc will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on Friday, 28 June 2024 at 11.00 a.m. (UK time).
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
