Following James Bilefield stepping down from the Board of Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC on 31 May 2022, we are pleased to announce that Sarah Warby has been appointed as Interim Remuneration Committee Chair subject to regulatory approval, with effect from 17 June 2022. Sarah has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since March 2018. A search is underway for a new non-executive director who will take on the role as Remuneration Committee Chair permanently.
