MONY Group PLC ("MONY") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to the instructions issued by MONY on 20 February 2026, as announced on 23 February 2026:

MONY Group PLC announced on 30 March 2026 that it purchased 134,316 of its ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The purchase, made pursuant to instructions issued on 20 February 2026, occurred at prices between 147.1000 pence and 151.9000 pence, with a volume weighted average price of 148.9000 pence. MONY Group PLC intends to cancel the purchased shares.
