Mountview Estates P.L.C. announced on 20 November 2023 that shareholders passed resolutions to re-elect Mr A W Powell and Ms M L Archibald as Directors at its General Meeting. Mr Powell's re-election received 62.71% of votes for and 37.29% against, while Ms Archibald's received 62.74% for and 37.26% against. The total votes cast for each resolution represented 84.09% of the company's issued share capital.

Mountview Estates P.L.C. is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today, the Resolutions were duly passed on a poll, the results of which are set out below:
