Mountview Estates P.L.C. announced that at its General Meeting on 18 November 2024, all resolutions were duly passed on a poll. These included the re-election of directors Mr. A. W. Powell and Ms. M. L. Archibald, and an amendment to Article 96 of the Company's Articles of Association replacing "£250,000" with "£350,000". For each resolution, votes in favour exceeded 61%, with total votes cast representing 85.55% of the issued share capital, and a minority vote greater than 20% recorded against each.

The Company is disappointed, that there was a significant minority vote (being more than 20 per cent) against each of the Resolutions.
