Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman correction
Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, corrects the announcement made on 15 March 2022 and confirms that Joanne Lake was replaced as Non-Executive Chairman by David Kiddie on 14 March. Joanne formally stepped down from the Board on 8 April 2022 following completion of handover and final documentation.
The Board thanks Joanne for her insight and contributions since her appointment in July 2012, and wishes her every success for the future.
