VRFB-H Investment Update
Mustang Energy PLC (the "Company"), the special purpose acquisition company, provides the following update on its investment in VRFB Holdings Limited ("VRFB-H").
The Company refers to its announcement on 11 January 2022 and advises that so as to finalise documentation it has agreed a further extension to the Notice Period until 18 January 2022. A further announcement will be made when documentation is finalised or if discussions are terminated.
