At the General Meeting of Molten Ventures VCT plc, held earlier today, 4 September 2024, all resolutions were passed on a Poll.

The final dividend of 1.50 pence per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2024 will be paid to Shareholders on 26 September 2024.
