ISSUE OF EQUITY
The Company announces that, on 26 May 2026, it sold from treasury 100,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each (the "New Shares") for cash at a price of 364.5 pence per share. The New Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 28 May 2026.
Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 593,841,377 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right and there are 53,218,638 Ordinary 5p shares remaining in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 593,841,377 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
