Announcement on the Issuance of the First Tranche of 2026 Green Sci-Tech Innovation Bonds

Ming Yang Smart Energy Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 31st meeting of the third Board and the second extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 2026 on February 9, 2026 and March 2, 2026, respectively, at which the Proposal on the Proposed Issuance of Medium-Term Notes was deliberated and approved. The Company was approved to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes with a total amount of no more than RMB 3 billion (inclusive). For details, please refer to the Announcement on the Proposed Issuance of Medium-term Notes (Announcement No.: 2026-019) disclosed by the Company on the designated information disclosure media on February 10, 2026.

The Company received the Notice of Acceptance of Registration (ZSXZ [2026] No. GN3) from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and recently issued the First Tranche of 2026 Green Sci-Tech Innovation Bonds. The proceeds from this issuance were fully received on April 27, 2026. The issuance results are hereby announced as follows:
