The Company announces that on 24 September 2021 it purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 4,976.15p each.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,975,000 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure (13,975,000 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
