The Company announces that on the 8 May 2026, it purchased a further 131,566 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 365 pence per share and 12,719 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 355 pence per share. The settlement date is 12 May 2026
Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 12 May 2026 will consist of 128,443,215 Ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure of 128,443,215 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
