The Company announces that on the 30 September 2026, it purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 426.5 pence per share and a further 50,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 424 pence per share. The settlement date is 2 October 2026.
Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 2 October 2026 will consist of 124,482,677 Ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure of 124,482,677 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
