Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it issued 1,400,000 of its ordinary shares ("New Shares") of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to its blocklisting facility on 8 October 2025. The Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 220.0 pence per Ordinary share, a premium to the prevailing net asset value per Ordinary share.
Following issuance of the New Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 192,234,986 Ordinary Shares, with none held in treasury, and therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 192,234,986. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
