The Company announces that it has, as at the 2 May 2023, posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.
The AGM is intended to be held at the Company's registered office at Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW on 28 June 2023 at 12:30 BST.
A copy of the Company's Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements (with an opinion provided by KPMG Channel Islands Limited), and the AGM notice are available on the Company's website www.nbddif.com.
In addition, a second set of the Company's Audited Consolidated Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with certain rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (with an opinion provided by KPMG LLP), which are also available on the Company's website.
