Posting of Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements

Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office at Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 30 June 2025 at 15:00 BST.

A copy of the Company's Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements (with an opinion provided by KPMG Channel Islands Limited), and the AGM notice are available on the Company's website www.nbddif.com.  

In addition, a second set of the Company's Audited Consolidated Financial Statements has been prepared in accordance with certain rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (with an opinion provided by KPMG LLP), which is also available on the Company's website.

The Company is a closed-ended investment company incorporated and registered in Guernsey on 20 April 2010 with registration number 51774. The Company is governed under the provisions of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) (the "Law"), and the Registered Collective Investment Scheme Rules and Guidance 2021 issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission ("GFSC"). It is a non-cellular company limited by shares and has been declared by the GFSC to be a registered closed-ended collective investment scheme. The Company trades on the Specialist Fund Segment ("SFS") of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE").
