Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Annual Report") and Notice of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders today and will also be made available on the Company's website at www.nicholsplc.co.uk.

The Company's 2025 AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Laurel House, Woodlands Park, Ashton Road, Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12 0HH on Wednesday 23 April 2025 at 11.00am.
