Clarification of Resulting PDMR Shareholdings following Exercise of Options
Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces the following clarification to its announcement released on 27 August 2026 entitled "Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Dealing & Total Voting Rights" (RNS Number: 4935S).
The Company notes that the "Resulting shareholding" column included in the table within that announcement reflected the increase in the net number of Ordinary Shares retained following the exercise of share options and the sale of shares undertaken to satisfy associated tax liabilities.
For completeness, the table below sets out the beneficial shareholdings of the relevant Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") immediately following completion of the transactions, including Ordinary Shares held prior to the exercise of options.
