Sale and purchase agreement on the sale of 100% of ordinary shares of Komercijalna banka Banja Luka concluded
On 27 October 2021, Komercijalna banka a.d., Beograd and Banka Poštanska štedionica a.d., Beograd signed a sale and purchase agreement relating to 100% ordinary shares of Komercijalna Banka a.d., Banja Luka. The closing of the transaction is envisaged by 31 March 2022 at the latest, subject to receipt of requisite regulatory approvals, while the effect of the transaction on the consolidated financial statements is not material.
