Announcement of envisaged issuance of Tier 2 subordinated notes

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, company NLB d.d., Ljubljana (NLB d.d.) is hereby informing the public that it has mandated J.P. Morgan together with NLB d.d. as Joint Lead-Managers to organise a series of fixed-income meetings ahead of a potential issuance of Tier 2 subordinated notes with 10-year maturity and callable after 5 years, subject to market conditions. ING and UniCredit will act as Senior Co-Lead Managers. The notes will be offered to eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America.
