These notes, issued on May 6, 2019, with a maturity of May 6, 2029, will be repaid on May 6, 2024, following permission from the European Central Bank. Notice of early redemption of subordinated notes
Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange relating to point 1 paragraph 1 of Article 130 of the Market Financial Instruments Act NLB d.d., Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana, announces:
Notice is hereby given that NLB d.d. will, based on the obtained permission of the European Central Bank, redeem its subordinated notes in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 45,000,000, issued on 6 May 2019 and with maturity on 6 May 2029 (ISIN: SI0022103855), before their maturity. Pursuant to the terms and condition of the notes the early repayment of principal and accrued and unpaid interest will be made on the fifth anniversary from the issuance, being 6 May 2024.
This announcement will be available on the company's website (www.nlb.si) as of 2 April 2024.
