On 16 October 2026, Nostrum announced that Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance B.V. (the “Seller”) has sold its participating interests in the charter capital of Zhaikmunai LLP and POSITIV Invest LLP, together with its rights under certain related loan agreements, to Altaris Holding Ltd. (“Altaris” or the “Buyer”), an acquisition vehicle incorporated in the Astana International Financial Centre and owned as to 51% by Alturion Holding Limited and 49% by Fincraft Energy Holding Limited.

Following the completion of the sale and purchase transaction, the preparation of the 9M 2026 financial and operational results has been delayed due to technical and administration issues.
