Extension to Exercise Period for Placing Warrants

Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the international oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of production and development assets in Texas, USA, advises that it has resolved to extend the existing deadline for the warrants exercisable at 0.60p (the "Warrants") from 8 April 2022 until 8 April 2023.

This "one off" measure has been implemented to enable holders of the Warrants an opportunity to exercise pursuant to the terms of the original warrant instrument but were unable to do so during the current pandemic situation. The subscription rights of the Warrants are over 73,611,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. In addition, the Company will have the opportunity of subscription proceeds of up to £441,667.
