Enteq, the energy drilling technology company, is pleased to announce the results of its General Meeting held earlier today, where all resolutions were duly passed.

Change of Name

Further to the passing of Resolution 8 at the General Meeting, the Company will now register its change of name from Enteq Upstream plc to Enteq Technologies plc.
