HANetf ICAV - Important Information - Reduction of Total Expense Ratio
ISIN: IE0006WPPA00
Fund Name: Infrastructure Capital Nuclear Renaissance UCITS ETF (the Sub-Fund), a sub-fund of HANetf ICAV (the ICAV)
Dear Shareholder,
This letter is to inform you on behalf of the board of directors of the ICAV of a reduction to the total expense ratio (TER) of the Sub-Fund.
Reduction of the TER
The supplement for the Sub-Fund dated 10 July 2026 (the Supplement) provides for a TER of up to 0.85% per annum of the Net Asset Value of the Accumulating ETF Share Class. The TER currently charged is 0.85% per annum.
The Manager has agreed to reduce the TER charged to the Accumulating ETF Share Class to 0.59% per annum with effect from 1 November 2026 until 31 December 2027 (the Reduction Period). From 1 January 2028, the TER charged is expected to return to 0.85% per annum, being the maximum rate set out in the Supplement, unless Shareholders are notified otherwise.
The reduced TER is within the maximum rate set out in the Supplement, so no change to the Supplement is required. The reduction does not change the investment objective, investment policy or risk profile of the Sub-Fund. Shareholders do not need to take any action.
The Key Information Documents for the Sub-Fund will be updated to reflect the reduced TER and will be available at www.hanetf.com.
Any further information in relation to the above may be obtained by contacting [email protected]. This notice will also be available at www.hanetf.com.
If you have any queries or if any of the above is not clear you should seek advice from your stockbroker, bank manager, legal adviser, accountant or other independent financial advisor.
Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the Prospectus and/or Supplement unless the context otherwise requires.
We thank you for your continuing support of the ICAV.
