Non-discretionary Share Repurchase Programme

NEXT plc announces that it has lodged an irrevocable, non-discretionary programme to purchase shares on its own behalf, for cancellation, to commence immediately. The programme commences on 18 December 2024 and runs up to and including 6 January 2025.

Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with both the Company's general authority to repurchase shares and in compliance with Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as it forms part of UK law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended)) and Chapter 9 of the UK Listing Rules. The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished price sensitive information.
