Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with Them
The following notification is made under article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation. On 30 September 2025 the following PDMRs and a PCA acquired shares in NEXT plc as part of a vesting of share awards under the September 2022-2025 Next Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as set out below. The shares acquired by PDMRs must be held for a minimum period of two years.

On 30 September 2025, NEXT plc announced that four Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) and two Persons Closely Associated (PCAs) acquired ordinary shares at nil cost. Lord Wolfson of Aspley Guise acquired 8,912 shares, Richard Papp 5,260, Jane Shields 5,260, Jeremy Stakol 2,019, Marcelle Stakol 1,278, and Rebecca Papp 5,260 shares. These acquisitions resulted from the vesting of awards under the September 2022-2025 Next Long Term Incentive Plan, with Rebecca Papp's shares acquired via transfer from Richard Papp.
