2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") - Voting Results Update Statement
At the Company's 2025 AGM, Shareholder Resolution 26 (requisitioned by ShareAction) was defeated by a significant margin, with over 73% of shareholders voting against the resolution.
In accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, the Company is providing an update on the views received from shareholders and actions taken.
Following our AGM and the comprehensive engagement that preceded it, the Company has continued its engagement with shareholders to understand their views. Further to these constructive discussions we believe that the Company can usefully enhance its disclosures in this area. Accordingly, a disclosure outlining the Company's approach to pay setting and a final update on our engagement with shareholders will be set out in our 2026 Annual Report.
