Director shareholdings
Following a review of directors' holdings, the Company has noted some minor inaccuracies in historical reporting and is pleased to confirm the following details:
· Farzad Peyman is interested in 1,264,277 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 12.21% of the issued share capital of the Company
· Stelios Michaelides is interested in 400,111 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.86% of the issued share capital of the Company
· Harmen Brenninkmeijer is interested in 2,210,678 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 21.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Certain of the shareholdings of Harmen Brenninkmeijer and Stelios Michaelides are held through an entity called Global Chain Limited ("Global Chain"), which owns 2,667,778 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 25.76% of the issued share capital. Mr Brenninkmeijer is the beneficial owner of 75% of Global Chain and Mr Michaelides is the beneficial owner of 10% of Global Chain.
As a result of this review, the Company is confident that all future updates relating to directors' interests will be correctly reported.
