Directorate Changes

Starcrest Education Limited (LSE: OBOR), the international developer and operator of education services in Europe, announces that, with immediate effect, Jasbeer Singh, Independent Non-Executive Chairman, David Lim, Independent Non-Executive Director, and Nick Petford, Executive Director, have stepped down from the Board of the Company.

Commenting today, Executive Director, Jeff Zhang said:

"The Board would like to thank Jasbeer, David and Nick for their invaluable contribution to the Company since joining.  We wish them all the best in their future endeavors."
