Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that Resolutions 1 to 10 proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 24 August 2023, were duly passed.
Resolution 11 was not passed with 96.57% of votes cast being against winding up the Company, in line with the recommendation of the Board. Accordingly, the Company will not be wound up.
