Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that Resolutions 1 to 11 proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 20 August 2025, were duly passed.
Resolution 12 was not passed with 96.65% of votes cast being against winding up the Company, in line with the recommendation of the Board. Accordingly, the Company will not be wound up.
Further information on the votes cast on each resolution will be available on the Company's website and the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) shortly.
