On 30 April 2023, Orascom Investment Holding S.A.E announced a change of meeting date for its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (OGM). The OGM, originally scheduled for Monday, 08/05/2023 at 02:30 pm, will now be held on Monday, 15/05/2023 at 02:30 PM via conference call with a new link. Should a quorum not be met, a second meeting is scheduled for Monday, 22/5/2023 at 02:00 pm, also via conference call with a new link.

Reference to the Company's Invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on Monday 08/05/2023 at 02:30 pm (the "OGM"), published in El-Mal and El-Borsa Newspapers on 12/4/2023 (First Notification) and 19/4/2021 (Second Notification).
We would like to draw the attention of the Shareholders and Relevant Regulatory Bodies that the date and link of the OGM have been changed to be on Monday 15/05/2023 at 02:30 PM via conference call, through the following new link https://zoom.us/j/85618138825, to discuss the published agenda in the mentioned newspapers.
In the event a quorum is not met, the second meeting will be held on Monday 22/5/2023 at 02:00 pm via conference call, through the following new link https://zoom.us/j/86359626560.
