FTSE Russell announced changes to the FTSE UK Index Series affecting Pan African Resources (UK) following a scheme of arrangement for its stock acquisition of Emmerson Resources (Australia). Subject to court sanctioning, these changes, incorporating 0.1493 new Pan African Resources shares for each Emmerson Resources share, will be effective from the start of trading on 23 June 2026 for indices including the FTSE 250 and FTSE 350.
