Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").
In connection with the appointment of Global Shares Ireland Limited, a J.P.Morgan company ("Global Shares"), as administrator of the Company's share plans, all shares held on behalf of employees in share accounts administered by Apex Group Fiduciary Services Limited have, on 5 February 2025, been transferred into share accounts administered by Global Shares Execution Services Limited.
There has been no change in the beneficial ownership of the shares as a result of the transfer of legal title to the shares between nominee accounts.
This transfer of shares includes those held on behalf of the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Kelvin Stagg.
