Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

PensionBee Group plc (the "Company") notifies that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company (PDMRs) have acquired ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "Shares") as set out below.

The following PDMRs acquired shares following the exercise of vested options granted under the EMI Option Scheme under the Company's Historical Share Option Plans, namely the PensionBee Limited EMI Share Option Scheme.

Christoph Martin, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 33,163 Shares, following which Christoph Martin holds 440,283 Shares, Lisa Picardo, Chief Corporate Officer, acquired 62,500 Shares, following which Lisa Picardo holds 367,300 Shares and Tess Nicholson, Chief Operations Officer, acquired 13,111 Shares, following which Tess Nicholson holds 553,911 Shares. All shares were exercised at a price of £0.001 per Share on 29 October 2021.

The Notification of Dealing Forms for each PDMR are set out below.
