Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), notes the announcement made today by Lakestreet Capital Partners ('Lakestreet') in relation to the Company and specifically Lakestreet's proposals to appoint two new Directors and remove Steven Owen as a Director.
The Board, which currently consists of Steven Owen as Executive Chairman and Mark Davies as Senior Independent Director, will consider the proposals and make such further announcements as are appropriate in due course.
