The Company announces the allotment of 300,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("ordinary shares") fully paid from the Company's blocklisting. These shares were issued for cash on 4 January 2022 at a price of 176.90p per share, which equates to a premium to the estimated cum income net asset value at the time of the transaction of 1.25%.
The cum income net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 31 December 2021 was 169.29p per share.
The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
